“This is a two part (PT 1/2) online class that will introduce the basics of sourdough and fermented breads, starting with the fundamentals of dough, building a starter culture, feeding, and common additions. The second part (PT 2/2) will focus on stretch and fold techniques, fermenting and scoring, and common mistakes. The opportunity to book one-on-1 (1:1) consultations will also be offered at the end of the class.”
